169: How women are building the new economy

Finding Fresh Voices in Business: Why Regeneration 2025 Could Be Your Turning Point

Hello, my friend. If you've been in the online business space for any amount of time, you know it can sometimes feel like we keep hearing from the same voices saying the same ideas, passing around the same boring ass playbooks.

The online coaching world and online business world often get labeled as a pyramid scheme, and I get it because it's the same gurus shouting each other out and talking about the same things over and over again. It feels fake. It feels icky and inauthentic.

I don't know about you, but I am searching for different ways to do business.

We're Craving Something More Regenerative

I think collectively we're all craving something more regenerative, more collaborative, more human. That's really the spirit behind Regeneration 2025, a free virtual summit hosted by the Prosper Network happening November 17th to 19th.

The core idea behind this summit and the Prosper Network is that growth isn't linear. It's cyclical, it's shared, and it is reciprocal. When women gather together with intention, we don't just exchange ideas - we share resources, referrals, opportunities, we share beliefs. We create ecosystems where everyone rises. And that is the true definition of regeneration in action.

Why This Community Feels Different

I joined the Prosper Network last year and what immediately struck me was how different it is from every other business networking community I've been in. It is incredibly diverse, not just culturally, but in the types of businesses represented. You're not just surrounded by the usual suspects you keep bumping into everywhere else online.

The founders, Melissa and Angela, have this really beautiful way of bringing together very smart humans doing meaningful work. These are people you might never cross paths with in the typical online business echo chamber. It's been so refreshing to be part of this community - it feels expansive and it's real.

That's why I jumped at the chance to attend and speak at their upcoming summit, because I want to keep learning in a space that welcomes new ideas and new voices, and I want to contribute to that space as well.

What You'll Experience at Regeneration 2025

The summit is virtual, so you can attend from anywhere. You'll hear from more than 30 speakers - thought leaders, authors, strategists, and innovators who are reimagining business as a force for good. These sessions will help us reimagine how we lead, how we redistribute opportunity and regenerate what's depleted in our systems, our industries, and in ourselves.

And it's free. You just need to save your seat.

Voices I'm Especially Excited About

Let me share a few of the speakers I'm particularly looking forward to:

Tina Wells is an incredible entrepreneur and CEO who has been shaping culture and marketing since she was 16. She is known as a millennial whisperer for her early understanding of the needs and inclinations of the millennial generation. If you serve that audience, you'll want to learn from her.

Sam Horn helps people create respectful, collaborative, one-of-a-kind communications and projects that add value to everyone. She's a communication expert who's helped leaders at NASA, National Geographic, Four Seasons, and many other massive companies and brands bring their ideas to life.

Amina AlTai has spent a decade grappling with her fast-paced career in marketing while managing two autoimmune diseases, and she hit burnout. She's worked towards healing her own life through coaching, mindfulness, nutrition, and fitness, and now she teaches others how to build and balance their career, body, and mind. She's worked with incredible companies like Google, Snap, Chief, Roku, and has been featured in all the major publications.

The caliber of humans speaking at this event is bar none. I'm also delighted to share that I will be presenting a session on regenerative marketing practices - how to build more sustainability into your content and how to build community through it as well.

Built Around Perspective, Not Celebrity

What I love is that this lineup isn't built around celebrity or sameness. It's built around perspective, generosity, and expansion. When you register, you'll get access to all 30 expert sessions, a virtual swag bag with gifts and discounts, opportunities to connect with other participants, and you'll be able to access the replays as well.

This is an incredible amount of wisdom and connection for a free event.

The Heartbeat of Regeneration

I want to share a quote by Robin Wall Kimmerer from her book, The Service Berry, that perfectly frames the summit:

"The next stage of the human economy will parallel what we are beginning to understand about nature. It'll call forth the gifts of each of us. It'll emphasize cooperation over competition. It'll encourage circulation over hoarding, and it will be cyclical, not linear."

This is the heartbeat of Regeneration 2025.

I think most of us are being invited and maybe even pushed into new ways of doing business that aren't about hustle or perfection or outcompeting everyone. Instead, it's about sharing power, sharing resources, and creating more seats at the table, building something truly sustainable.

Because when women support women, we become an unstoppable force, not just in business, but in how we shape culture and how we build the next economy.

Join Me at Regeneration 2025

If this resonates with you, if you're craving some of these new perspectives and new ways of doing business, I would love for you to join me at Regeneration 2025. The summit is totally free and it's happening soon - in just a couple weeks.

I invite you to be part of a future where generosity, reciprocity, community and connection are the norm and the pathway to sustainable success.
